Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy:
All orders with a value greater than R850 are shipped FREE with the South African postal service and will cost R39 when delivered by courier (see list of major cities).

Orders below R850 can be shipped with the South African Postal service at a cost of R39 and can be picked up at your local post office. Delivery times vary but are a minimum of 5 working days. Outlying areas may experience delayed shipping. If a delivery is expected to take longer than seven days, the customer will be contacted.

Should you wish to have the order delivered to your address (door to door delivery) we offer a courier service for a flat fee of R79 per order. Delivery will be between 2 and 4 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. A courier delivery to a P.O Box is not possible.

The courier service is only available for the following major cities (and towns within a radius of 50km):
Johannesburg
Pretoria
Pietermaritzburg
Polokwane
Nelspruit
Durban
Cape Town
Port Elizabeth
East London
George
Bloemfontein
Kimberly

If you do not live in one of these major cities but still want to have the toys delivered by courier please contact us before placing your order.

Online orders can also be picked up free of charge from our store in Tamboerskloof.

Products are dispatched after payment has been confirmed. Payment confirmation is immediate for Credit Card payments, and usually takes less than 24 hours for EFTs, although this does differ depending on which banks are involved.

While the couriers we use have proven themselves to be highly reliable, we do take the precaution of insuring every product that is shipped. Should a product not arrive or arrive damaged, please contact us immediately so we can organize the shipping of a replacement product, or a refund. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded.

Should a product not be immediately available, the customer will be contacted and given the option of a refund or placing a back order for the product.
 



Returns Policy:
If a client is not satisfied with a purchase, it can be returned within 30 days of the delivery for a full refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

A full refund will only be issued if products are returned with all packaging, manuals, warranty cards, accessories and other material, of any nature, that were part of the original purchase.

All products being shipped back to timelesstoys must be repackaged into their original packaging. Should a product be damaged while being shipped to our offices timelesstoys will not be liable for the damages. We therefore recommend that you insure your products when shipping them back to us.
