Courier Delivery Guidelines
Gauteng: Next day from dispatch
All major cities outside of Gauteng: 48 hours from dispatch
Remote towns: 48 - 72 hours from dispatch
Festive Season Deadlines:
- Tuesday 17 Dec: Last day to request birthday or Christmas wrap
- Wednesday 18 Dec: Last day for orders to remote towns
- Thursday 19 Dec: Last day for orders to cities outside of Gauteng
- Friday 20 Dec: Last day for orders to Gauteng
- Monday 23 Dec: Collections only from our shop until 1pm
Important things to note:
- Couriers are swamped at this time of the year - there may be delays so please ensure shipping addresses and contact details are correct to avoid late deliveries.
- Enjoy our complimentary gift-wrap and message service but be aware this could cause delays in dispatch due to demand at this time of the year.
- If sending gifts to a different address make sure to keep your own name and address as the default billing address and then add the recipient's name, address and contact details at the shipping page at check-out. This way we will know not to include any pricing information.
- Please use the gift-box message drop down at check-out to communicate any specific gift-wrapping or delivery instructions to us.

Orders are generally dispatched within a maximum of 24 hours from receipt of payment (excluding weekends and Public Holidays).
The courier tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. Customers are responsible for having someone at the delivery address during the day to sign for and accept delivery.
Timeless Toys reserves the right to amend delivery prices for courier deliveries to very remote areas and for extremely heavy or peculiar sized or shaped items. We will always contact you first and will never charge extra without your consent.
If you need something in a hurry, please contact us to arrange a quote for priority courier service, although this will cost extra.
