It’s a rewarding screen-free project for children who enjoy taking their time and seeing their ideas take shape.
Once complete, Olive becomes a miniature world for storytelling, arranging and displaying. Children can imagine everyday adventures for their handmade character, then close the house with the furniture and accessories safely tucked inside. Contents: One little house; two glazed wooden boards; one palette of dry paints and a paintbrush; one protective tablecloth; three sheets of pre-cut illustrated card; and three sticker sheets comprising illustrated stickers, small transparent stickers and double-sided foam stickers.
Also included are four pipe cleaners; one illustrated wooden head and ears; one spool of thread; one sheet of pre-cut illustrated felt; six brad fasteners; one cardboard tool for making the mini character; precision tweezers; one tube of fine-tip liquid glue; and detailed instructions with links to a video tutorial.
